It’s a three-month commitment but you get 3.5 hours of one-on-one calls with me a month to talk about anything related to your Media and PR plan. These can be Zoom calls or just a quick update over the phone. You can break it up into a few smaller calls if that works for you. We can talk about pitching, story creation, media lists, and even your on-air performance.
You get unlimited emails. So if you need me to look over a pitch before you hit send just shoot me an email. If you have a question about a particular media outlet or journalist just shoot me an email!
I will provide guidance, tips, tools, techniques, and resources, including templates and worksheets.
All that for $400 Cdn a month.
After the initial payment, you will be billed for the next two payments at the beginning of the month. This is a three month commitment.

Media Insider Guidance
The guidance can be the piece you need to kick your media and PR game into high gear. Coaching with me allows you to access insider information from someone who is from the media inner circle. For years I worked as a news producer and editor in Canada’s top news outlets. I was that news gatekeeper, deciding what stories we covered on the show and what sources we used.
