I don’t know about you but sometimes I feel like I just have nothing creative left to give. I am not talking forever but sometimes the creative well just feels like it is running low and in need of a little rejuvenation. When that happens there are a few things I like to do to give my creativity a boost. For example, if I am writing and I feel stuck I like to close the computer and get out a notebook and a pen and kick it old school. I find writing by hand just sparks creativity and feels less like work to me. I also like to step away from the work all together for a bit. Disconnecting from my writing and watching a movie or better yet cracking open a book really helps me get some distance from my own work but gets my mind working.

Often times when I am on deadline my creative inspiration can stall. I am not sure if it is the pressure of the deadline or just my need to procrastinate. No matter the reason finding quick solutions to help me get more creative fast are always welcomed.
